Apple Finally Admitted Need A Bigger Battery
Quoted from PCWorld, Tuesday (08/12/2015), Apple does not say that the iPhone, especially the iPhone 6S, plainly require additional batteries. But they released a casing, Smart Battery Case, which can add 80 percent battery life.
With these batteries, Apple indirectly admitted that the iPhone 6S too thin to carry enough batteries. Therefore, they sell battery-thick case is not much different from the device.
Apple had earlier claimed that the iPhone 6s allows users to surf the Internet on the 4G LTE network for 10 hours. The battery talk time increased from 14 hours to about 25 hours, while videos can be played up to 20 hours instead of 11 hours as its predecessor.
But it is certainly not in accordance with the practice. Moreover, users who need all day battery life will not be easily satisfied with a less battery power.
Smart Battery Case itself adds to the thickness of the iPhone 6S as much as 7 to 7.1 mm on the device. If from the beginning of Apple decided to release smartphone thicker, then this case may even be able to add to 400 percent of the lifetime of the battery. But this could be the Cupertino vendor's marketing strategy.
