Parachute System Protection Concept for iPhone 7

Parachute System Protection Concept for iPhone 7

Apple has filed a patent for the device protection through the bearing technology at the end of the iPhone that can be distended if dropped. Inspired by these patents, an interesting concept of protection that is similar parachute system will be embedded in the iPhone 7.

You may remember the patent Apple filed some time ago for a corner protector on the iPhone screen automatically inflating objects that resemble small pillows when iPhone is dropped.

This patent seems to have inspired a fan of Apple to make the concept of protector for iPhone 7 by utilizing the thrust of carbon dioxide, thereby making a smooth landing iPhone 7 can be like wearing a parachute.

Interestingly, the designer does not only provide a copy of the concept drawings, but also a video that shows how the future if the iPhone 7 implement technology designed.

As you can see in the video below, in every corner of the iPhone 7 has holes that connect with smart sensors that will detect the device during a fall.

The system at the ends of the device that controlled the orientation and accelerometer sensors that would be to remove the gas from the small hole in order to give a thrust to make the iPhone against the force of gravity, thereby reducing the impact of the iPhone when it fell.

As a result, you can see the iPhone 7 that fell from the table indirectly slammed hard to the floor, but the device just landed with a very smooth without experiencing collisions that could damage the device.

It looks really cool, but this technology will certainly make the price of the iPhone 7 will become more expensive if actually realized. It would be more economical if Apple mimic ShatterShield applied technology Motorola Droid 2 Turbo.

Well, all possibilities can happen, so it is quite possible Apple will apply the technology of "parachute gas" is the next-generation iPhone.
