Samsung Ask a Patent for Smartphone Can be Rolled
Samsung has filed many patents over the last year, where most of them are patents related to devices that only dared dreamed of by most people. Well, the latest is the most impressive: a smartphone that can be rolled up.
The patent was filed last year in Korea, and according to Patently Mobile, a new entry in the United States last May. According to the above diagram, part (flat) on the right side will pull out (stretched) from the bottom. This source writes that "Samsung noted that the flexible display can include organic light-emitting diode (OLED) or a flexible LCD screen that replaces the glass substrate with plastic film."
In additional images found on the website, can be seen there are also devices that are longer and show two different elements in each half of the screen: on the one hand there is the weather widget and the like, on the other side (the right side) there is a phone number. Yet another picture shows the phone is folded in half to make it almost like a book, or similar in shape with yoga Tab devices such as Lenovo also uses the basic style barrel.
Other findings on the link Patently Mobile, which is not related to the design of the above products are in the form of a foldable smartphone using hinge systems and smartphones that can be bent. Androidauthority reported on Tuesday (1/12).

However, the Samsung obviously thinking big quite when associated with innovative products. And these designs is one of its forms. However, once again, that we see today is nothing more than a conceptual diagram. So no one knows if this will ever become a reality or not. So, we'll wait.
