Netflix Will Terminate Users Who Use A Proxy Or VPN
Netflix said that in practice many users 'naughty' is using a proxy, anti-blocking tool and a virtual private network (VPN) to watch content only available in certain countries.
Proxy is often called a proxy server or a web server that can forward the request for access to other servers on the internet. This becomes a kind of intermediary proxy, and can connect to the website user access requests are blocked.
By using a proxy, at least, the original identity of the user requesting access unknown. So the real users accessing from Singapore for example, but visible access from certain countries.

"We believe this change will have no impact on users who do not use a proxy," said Vice President of Content Delivery Architecture Netflix, David Fullagar.
Associated with the availability of content, Fullagar promised Netflix tried to immediately deliver content that can be enjoyed on the spot and everywhere simultaneously. But to realize it, Netflix is still constrained by licensing certain movies and television shows.
"In the meantime we will continue to abide by and enforce license-based content with the geographical location," said Fullagar.
