Crying babies often make parents confused to translate what their baby wants, especially for young mothers. But now no need to worry, an application processed by researchers from Taiwan was able to translate the chatter baby when it cries. The application was called Infant Cries Translator.

Reported by the Daily Mail, Thursday, December 31, 2015, researchers from the National Taiwan University Hospital Yunlin during the last two years trying to absorb the sound of hundreds of thousands of crying baby. They collected as many as 200 of the 100 baby cries and then upload them in an online database.

As a result, they found four types of wishes of hundreds of thousands of the voice.
"Translators crying baby can distinguish four different status than a baby's cry, namely hunger, wet diapers, sleepy and sore," said head researcher, Chang Chuan-yu.

While related to the accuracy of the application, Chang mentions in infants aged under two weeks, reaching 92 percent accuracy applications. Then, in infants aged one or two months down, the accuracy of 84 to 85 percent.

As for babies aged four months, 77 percent accuracy and concluded the application should be used for infants up to the age of six months. In the span of six months, researchers say babies are already familiar and comfortable with the environment.

To use this application, Chang, said users should download the application, and set the age of the baby.
This app will constantly update its database to the Cloud Drive and machine learning algorithms on computing will help parents in their baby's personal settings.

"After downloading this application, we only need to set the date of birth and nationality newborns," said Chang.

When the baby cries, press the record button on the application, the translation of the cries of the baby will come out after ten to 15 seconds later.
