LG And Samsung To Supply OLED Display For iPhone 9

It seems highly improbable, Samsung and LG work together to support an Apple product, but that's the reality. Samsung and LG will make a deal with Apple to supply OLED screen for the ninth-generation iPhone.

To meet the demand for Apple to supply OLED screen, LG and Samsung will spend a combined total of USD 12.8 trillion. The funds are to change their production lines.

LG will convert the existing plant to produce panels, not only that LG will introduce its sixth generation production techniques that have not been tested to process greater results.

While Samsung acquired the allocation of 30% more orders than the LG, because it has the facility to begin producing in bulk. Rumored Apple will ask a panel of approximately 90,000 sheets per month in the period of 2-3 years.

According to an analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple claims that the screen will be ready to enter the market in early 2019, which means that they will make their debut appearance on the iPhone 9 and not the iPhone 8.
